My husband and I along with few other friends went to visit Kurukshetra. Booked this hotel. The rooms are never swept i think and the sheets did not look as if they have been washed. They had some filthy stains. The towel left in the room to use was ripped and is like a rag. We knew that it is not a 5 star hotel when we booked and we were not expecting too much. But clean sheets and clean room and bathroom are the least one needs to get in any accommodation. Went to have dinner in their restaurant. We were served Potato and cauliflower vegetable that was stale. The Potato was on the way out and smelt foul. We sent the dish back. They did not charge for that but they should not be serving that in the first place. I am really surprised with the good reviews the hotel has been given. The only plus point is that the people working there are very nice. But they just dont know how to maintain a clean hotel. Never going back and never going to recommend that hotel to anyone.

I celebrate my first night here hotel was very nice .service is ok but food was very awsome yummy food i like it and i will prefer to all. Must visit . Cleaning was very nice its family hotel so go for it

I stay with my family, i booked two rooms, the hotel is good, but room service is not good. Food is good although we had the breakfast only it is good. But the TV is not working as they didn't pay for the cable subscription. The rentals ok, location is good.

The hotel is located at one of the prome location from where I needed to travel. The staff is good, the service is good. Food was Ok. The major concern was natural lighting and upkeeping of rooms. There was dirt all over the room and I could feel the room was cleaned properly after the last guest checked out. Dirty linens and towels. No toileteries except soap. All in all avoidable, if a better place can be found.

This well placed hotel with good parking and nice outer facade is a poor experience from reception onwards.the receptionist is uncultured, the room are smelly with dirty linen and ambience is poor . They really have invested money but without investing in HRD.the etiquette’s and mannerisms need to be polished .
